Great Service. As a first-time bride, I didn't know what to expect with bridal shops. I went to David's Bridal in Kennewick and was disappointed in the lack of attention they gave me when I had an appointment. They put walk-ins ahead of me, and I tried on three dresses in two hours...when it normally would have taken me one! I made an appointment at Formal Affairs and was impressed with the attention and service I received. The owner helped me try on the dresses myself and didn't pressure me to either buy or consider a dress. She was honest with how a dress looked on me and suggested a number of other wedding options in the area that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. She compared the dresses she sells to other bridal shops hoenstly and doesn't hesitate to compliment another shop. Bring your camera! She encourages picture-taking and sharing! Amazing woman with an amazing shop!
