My grandfather was at Linda Vista and received excellent care there. The staff were compassionate and friendly. I was so impressed with how some of the staff were so willing to go the extra mile. We had his 90th birthday party there. The staff were so accomodating and made sure we felt comfortable. I haven't seen my grandfather look so good in years. He always looked clean and well cared for.
Pros: Clean, wel maintained, friendly and professional staff, great care.
Cons: Not a lot of parking, but well worth the walk.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The staff are genuine and caring. Ashland is an artsy town and to represent that, they started a local artist wall where local artists can share their talents. My mom was there for a fractured hip and received some exceptional therapy. She's been home for several weeks now and is doing great. I will never forget how they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met as a family and that my mom would be safe once she got home. Any minor concerns were promptly addressed and taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility - especially to anyone who needs skilled care!!
Pros: The care was top rate! They encourage pets to visit - I loved that!
Cons: An older facility - but it was clean and had a good "feel."
