worst spa place in town. We bought a new spa from emerald 1 yr ago we have had nothing but problems with it. I have complained to the owner and still havent been able to get anything taken care of. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS we finally hired another business on w11th to fix the problems we highly recomend them OVER emerald pool & patio

Extremely accomodating Employees. I went in to Emerald Pool in eugene looking to buy a hot tub. The salesman was amazingly nice, very attentive. With not much work I bought a hot tub that fit my every need. The show room was very, very classy. Thank you Emerald Pool and Patio!!!

Great buying experience. I came in just thinking about buying a hot tub, but was not sure if I was ready for one yet. After spending time talking to the salesman, and having them explain the advantages of the Sundance spa's, with the superb filtration system, and superior jets, and warranty that is second to none, I was very interested, but after I felt the jets with my hand in the spa that was filled and running in the showroom, I was sold. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with Emerald Pool & Patio and would recommend them to anybody looking for spa, stove, pool, or patio products and service.

Highly reccomend The best product with superb service!!. Highly Recomended!!!! Best buying and service expireince have ever had, Knowledgable staff. Great follow thru. Quality Products. I have bought a Hot tub [Sundance} , a Mendota Fireplace, and The nicest most comfortable Patio furniture I have ever seen. O.W.Lee all manufactured in the usa. I have been Served by Emerald superbly for the last 21 years and I personally do not think there is a better company to deal with in the area!! Highly Reccomend !!!

BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM EMERALD POOL AND PATIO!. Received one Lemon tub which started falling apart 5 minutes after being filled for the first time. Ordered another spa and came defective, ordered the third time and recieved spa and the pump went out within 3 weeks, bubbler comes on by itself etc... for a tub that cost $16,000. Salesman is a joke, rude, upset me and brought me to tears, reported it to owner and said that he is like that but will not get rid of him. The business recommended their contractor to pour a foundation for the spa & the contractors brother came over to the home at almost midnight to do the finish work that had to be done and was caught smoking dope while working in my back yard. The foundation was unlevel and the electrical was cemented over a foot away of where it was supposed to go. Business recommended their electrician friend to come out to extend wire to fit the spa and the amount that was agree'd on before we would do the work was $150 dollars total for entire job. The electrician did the work. After the job was done, he demanded $200 more after telling us we only had to pay the $150. We ended up giving him $100 more then he told us it would be for a total of $250 because he was screaming in our driveway and he ruined our tub and drilled into it, put the wire all over the floor and have had the box not work for a couple of weeks for some reason. So you see, the product Emerald Pool and Patio sells is garbage, The contractors that they use are bad, do dope on your property, and do shotty work. There saleman S.D. needs to be fired for he is abusive to Emeralds customers. The problems go on to where we have waited a total of 6 months to get a working tub, it takes 5 weeks to come out and get a problem fixed, and thats if the service man shows up. Also they did not have enough employees to deliver our tub, 3 young boys to lift a tub that weighs 1,260 pounds (which they would have to lift approx. 400 pnds each) and my BF had to help them and chopped his finger off.STAY AWAY

Beware!. Installation nightmare. Left parts out... told lies... I had to spend additional monies to repair the mess they made. Shameful company. No one takes the blame.
