If you are used to 4 star hotels with room service and big soft towels, then this motel is not for you. The rest of us can read on. The location is great. Big picture window (that opens) frames a wonderrul part of the Oregon coast. The place was very quiet during the Festivus season, but that's what we wanted. Breakfast in bed was steak and eggs. Easy peazy, orange squeezy when you have a kitchenette in the room. Plenty of hot water, but towels are cheap motel towels.

This was a very inexpensive place to stay with excellent walk or drive onto the beach. For. The money (70 per night) it is hard to beat. Staff was friendly and the view was great.

We always enjoy our stay here at Seagull. Front desk staff is always nice every time we check in. Great view of the ocean, pet friendly and super nice staff. Amazing attitudes all around, Thank you! We'll definitely be back!

Stayed in a ground floor room with my dog. It was exactly the getaway we needed. Room 106 has a large deck out the sliding doors that I think is meant for everyone but really only myself and one other room used it. Was originally booked for two nights but ended up staying four nights. If you're looking for reasonably priced, clean, basic accommodation then look no further. I will absolutely be back. We had a very nice weekend here a few weeks ago. The staff was nice, our room was very clean and the view is amazing. This hotel is older, but the view makes it all worth it!

This was our 3rd stay at the Seagull. There is always a place to park. Rooms are clean every time. Staff is always friendly. Nicely priced too! My family and I always choose to stay here when in Lincoln City for our annual beach trip. No breakfast is offered but that's fine with us. If your looking for a good, quiet place to sleep in Lincoln City this is the place. Right on the water and next door to the location to drive onto the beach.
