They took the time to explain how it worked and answered all of my questions. While installing my new system they noticed my water heater and told me about these tankless water heaters that were really popular and cost effective. Needless to say, I am having one installed. From the office staff to installation crew, this company was professional and courteous and made me feel completely secure in purchasing my new system.

Just a quick note to express our thanks for a job well done. The installation went through with relative ease. Your people were very attentive and did a good job. Hopefully, we'll experience some improvements with our heating and hot water needs as well as a decrease in our natural gas consumption and cost. We do have a small concern relative to the hot water supply. It seems to take a lot longer for the hot water to travel to an opened faucet, especially the faucets that are at the furthest point away from the hot water heater. It may be that we are just use to the way the old water heater supplied the hot water. Hopefully, our water consumption will not see a significant increase since we have to let the water flow a little longer until it delivers hot water. Thanks Again !

Reviews are FAKE. Robben Heating's reviews are as fake as the fake names of the reviewers, all bought and paid for NOT ONE good review a real customer! Read the other reviews the people who write good reviews for Robben Heating wrote for others, they all wrote multiple reviews and the places they wrote reviews for overlap all over the place, so much for some claim to have purchased multiple cars from multiple car dealers within weeks of each other. Pretty obvious ALL Robben Heating reviews are as fake as the ones the same reviewers wrote for: Pinnochio's Pizza in Cottage Grove, Car City in Hillsboro, Wilson Motors in Corvallis, Toyota-Gladstone in Gladstone, Dundee's Bar & Grill in Seaside, Newburg Ford Mercury in Newburg, Emerald Property Management in Springfield, Mathews David R DDS, C I Bar & Grill Tualatin, West Coast Appliance Central Point, Bench Craft Co Portland, Guaranty Chevrolet Junction City. Now to report them for fraud, it will look better in my law suit to get the repairs made to my house that Robben Heating vandalized! (see photos)

It's not over yet but I am moved to say just how much i think you care...nothing is as easy as you want it to be, but you have proven you will work until it's done...big change from before, management-wise...

Although I was disappointed that a ground-source heat pump could not be done cost-effectively, the Robben guys did a great job with the installation of a conventional heat pump in an area that had limited space, and they were able to arrange a special treatment for the compressor so it will last 10-15 years in the salt air.

Mike Came out to My Home and Provided Me with his professional experience in selecting the tank-less water heater that would fit the needs of my home. Mike was easy to talk with and explained all the detailed questions that my wife and I Had, and it Took about 10 minutes for us to decide to purchase the heater. Mike and His Son Art Handled the installation of the Tank-less water heater. I had an existing hot water tank in an area the size of a phone booth in my Laundry Room. Mike and Art made several suggestions about the location/installation that would make the installation easier, and would provide me with a large area in the existing tank area that i could use for storage of cleaning supplies and vacuum's. Mike and Art handled the installation with ease and their installation experience just made my Rennal Installation that much easier. Your Employees Treated My Wife And Myself with Respect and Patience, and this is much appreciated in todays economy where professional Service is a lost art.
