Some Oregon wineries are single-mindedly devoted to the pursuit of oenological perfection; others are as much a part of the tourist industry as the wine industry. Chateau Bianca, on Highway 22 between Salem and the Coast, is solidly in the latter camp; it now has a two-bedroom bed & breakfast right in the vineyard. The winery produces mostly whites, with the exception of a "Winemaker Reserve" Pinot Noir--though whether that's just a catchy label is hard to say.
