Overpriced for what it is. We liked the idea of this hotel being close to beach front, and being pet-friendly plus continental breakfast. Most staff was friendly, but this one older man that pounded at our door at night time was beyond rude! Not everybody goes to bed at 8pm and nor should they be expected too! We were there celebrating my entrance into a restricted entry school program, and he came screaming at our door telling us he was going to call the cops! He could have asked nicely, and we've been respectful but instead he was rude and completely disrespectful!

Place is older and so is everything else. Carpet, linens, lamps, bathrooms etc. Thats why it didn;t feel clean. Room next to us smelled of marajuana, and the water went hot and cold whenever you attempted a shower!

Friendly people, great view, close to town!. Since I was a little girl we have been coming to Seaside, we have stayed at SEVERAL places here but I have to say for my first time here at the Seashore I'm pleasently surprised! They are pet friendly, have awesome prices, oceanfront rooms, light breakfast, hot tub and pool indoors! I will be coming back again and again! And I am going to recommend to anyone who I talk too. :-)
