Awful Sales and Service....

This was our second experience with this company. The first time we had a very good experience. However, we got our second vehicle on 12/27/2008. We had it exactly 10 days and the fuel pump went out. We were told that the problem was all in our hands. Needless to say, we went around and around with them until they had it towed at their own expense. Then once they had it checked out they stated to me that they would call before any repairs were done. That never happened, either. We ended up having to pay for the fuel pump itself. We got the vehicle back 2 days later. Exactly 10 more days later, the vehicle had a rod that started knocking. We were told once again that the problem was all in our hands. We had it towed back to this dealer at our own expense and was told that it would be Monday before they could have it checked out. The staff was not very considerate to us when all of the problems started. They all got to the point that they had not one single word to say to our faces.
