My experience with Sandy's was totally different. I shopped all the places at the home show and ended up at Sandy's that sells "Artesian" spas. All the staff was helpful and knows the product. It was the only place that let me build the spa the way I wanted. I got to choose the number of jets, lights, and waterfalls. She also has a A+ BBB rating.

6 weeks after I ordered the spa the guys brought it out and put it where I wanted in the backyard. I have been using it every day since.

Had a few problems with the water clarity but they helped me every time I had a question. Good people good product.

Worst Business in Oklahoma. THIS IS A ILL RUN COMPANY AND RIPPED ME OFF. RUN AWAY QUICKLY. Here's what happened. I bought a hot tub from Sandy's from the Tulsa State Fair. First off they lied to me and told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks since I was buying one they had in stock, but it took nearly 6 weeks. I was promised a multi colored changing light and I got plain white. I did not want the step since out tub is a short one, but they kept saying they are only $50 so I gave in.

When my tub was delivered, first thing I noticed was the delivery driver was a meth addict. Now I have a couple of relitives and co-workers in the past that were heavy meth users and I know what to look one looks like. Covered in scabs, talking a million miles an hour and constantly picking at the scabs.

Then while unloading the tub from the trailer to a cart, they dropped it hard on the cart and damaged 3 side panels and left red paint marks all over it. They used goof off and got most of the paint off. They put it where I showed them and they just left. Did not show me how to set it up, explain the chemicals or how to run or nothing.

I called Sandy and explained that they damaged the side panels and I was told that the factory warrenty will not cover that. I told her of course they are not going to cover it as it was her delivery drivers that done it. Then I told her I did not get my multi colored light of my steps. Sandy told me she would have a repairman come by and install the light and bring my steps. And a month later I called and asked what happened, and she said "opps I forgot about it". They showed up here on the UPS truck and it's my problem on putting it in. It took over 4 months to get my light and steps

And still nothing on the side panels. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They have caller ID and They don't answer the phone if there is a problem. I had to go to a pay phone to get through.

This place should be put out of business as far as I am concerned.
