Bad service. The service here stinks. They have a ton of servers standing around doing nothing while you wait and wait and wait and wait and wait for them to decide to fill your water glass. If you are lucky you may get your food within the hour. I agree with "Okiemom2" the attitude of the staff is very unprofessional.

The comparison to "The Olive Garden" is pretty funny. I mean if you consider "The Olive Garden" to be the pinnacle of Italian dinning then you need to try real Italian food.

Pretty sure I will never return to Giuseppe's Italian.

I'd like to review the food, but I can't. . .. I wish I could tell you about the food, but the service was so horrible we walked out before getting so much as a slice of bread. To be clear, we walked out only after sitting with no salads, bread, or lemon for our iced tea after 20 minutes of waiting following placing our order.

Which leads to another issue -- our server was argumentative. If I want attitude, I'll go to a truck stop. She consistently interrupted us while we were trying to order, and then got angry when I resorted to talking over her in an attempt to ask a question about a menu item. Black shirts, black aprons and white tablecloths do not a high-class establishment make -- if the servers can't be professional, the atmosphere is irrelevant.

While we sat for 20 minutes with no bread or salads (and two small children at our table), we witnessed three servers arguing with a large group over their ticket. The other servers were busy clearing and prepping a table -- regardless of the fact that there were numerous open tables, nobody was waiting, and other diners in the restaurant were clearly looking for their servers (including us).

As a side note, if you choose to brave the "service" (or lack thereof), be aware that there is a $2 upcharge to change the sauce on your order -- as though a ladle-full of alfredo cost $2 more than a ladle of marinara! "Gotcha" pricing, abysmal service, and managers who appear to be MIA are more than enough to make me cross this off of my list of restaurants to give my money to!
