We're treated well. Whenever we go in we're treated well, given a loaner car, and the car is cleaned up and given a car wash no matter what work they do.

Really impressed. Really impressed w/ (check engine light on & burning smell) the initial service. We live over 100 miles away & usually used the dealership where the car was purchased but decided to use Monterey this time. A couple of years ago this happened but still remember the excellent service.

Outstanding job!. John did an outstanding job. I bought the car 3 days after having a total knee replacement surgery and was not in the best of condition. John made sure I was handled appropriate to my "drugged up condition".... Thanks...
