phone and office hours. they say their phone hours are at 8 but i call at 8:15 and the recording says that the office is closed. they need to fix it. once they do answer you can hardly understand them b/c of poor English. and they make you wait a long time even when you have an appointment. i had an appointment for 1:15 i wasn't seen until 3:30 and i had to talk to every person in there until was was seen.
