Double Charge and Double Rate. EXTRA CHARGES for making reservation through Travelocity. The manager told me that their nightly rate is $58 but because I made my reservation through Travelocity, I was charged $77 a night. This double rate did upset me as I felt cheated out of $20 a night. I tavel a lot and stay in hotel frequently, but this kind of double rate is the first time for me.

Also, my credit card was double charged for 3 nights by the hotel after Travelocity had charged the card for the same 3 nights. It took me several days and sevral phone calls and talking to unhelpful staff to sort out the issue. I am still waiting for a refund.

DOUBLE CHARGED!. DOUBLE CHARGED! Both Travelocity and the hotel charged my credit card for the same stay. Good luck getting your money back or get a quick response. One hand did not know what the other hand did. I would not trust this hotel with my credit card as they don't have it right.

I read another review where the reservation was misplased!
