i read the commet's because that tells alot about the plac.because i wanted to buy some quiche for my mom but when i read the feed back about this place it made my nose wrinlke.if the owner is rude like this i don't want to go there. i feel he is not a kind person. so that tells me he don't love his work.and i bet the quiche is sour over there just like him.and i hope he reads his feed back about his place and change his way's because no one will go there and he will not make money.because for sure he lost my money. and i have not gone there. so guy change your ways!!!!!!!!

Not totally satisfied...

This place has ok coffee. The food is good. Everything is slightly over priced.The customer service is horrible! After reading reviews about the owner maybe its because they hate their boss. But seriously, there are coffee shops everywhere. Customer service is what will make people choose one over another. And getting picked up on by the frumpy men that hang out in here is kind of a deterrent as well. : /

Avoid when in Monterey

This place is not recommended for "non regulars". The owner will watch to see what you buy and how much time you spend in his establishment. If you do not meet his requirements you will be asked to leave. Rude owner and bad coffee. Go to Osio around the corner for friendly staff and good coffee.
