To all reading this review! Please be advised that this posting is false. Northridge Apartments screens all applicants and if you have felony convictions or are a sex offender we cannot approve the applicant to live in Northridge Apartments.
The person posting this information is not telling you the truth regarding our screening process.

Sex Offenders Welcome!. Northridge Apartments is a safe haven for sex offenders. They WILL rent to you, and it's a nice place. Highly recommend anyone looking especially those convicted.
