Super Landlords. Chris, This is Wade Bowman with Premier Contractors and Bowman Rentals. It is amazing the stuff these people that owe us money like to say about us. I know I spend a fortune on these rentals, for the tenants to rip me off and talk bad about me. Thanks for your past business. I do not think I ever met you, but looking through my records I found several jobs my company has done for you. chris halpin. this certain group of people own like 35 rentals, and they dont want to put their money into them. i know of a house in anna, 204 north pike to exact that needs to be torn down so that no one else will live there because it is very hard to heat and the foundation is falling in. no matter how late you are on rent they will kick you out. its no wander why they kept getting screwed over by their tennants skipping town owing rent. their demeanor is not correct. whatever you do do not rent from Ruth or Chris Halpin. they also went against their word on trying to paint the house. we had the whole house scrapped and kept asking for paint and never brought it. i feel that someone should report this
