Outstanding dentist

Dr. Carl's practice is by far the best dental practice I've been to. Starting with the front desk- the ladies there are so friendly and seem to know every patient by name. They have helped me tremendously in dealing with my insurance company. They are professional, from their manners to their clothing, and are very knowledgable about their job.

The hygenists are very skilled and care about making the patients as comfortable as possible. They are very compassionate with my belonephobia (fear of needles) and go out of their way to make sure the visit is as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Carl is a wonderful dentist and a wonderful person. He has been extremely thorough in retreating a root canal a previous dentist had botched, and he does his best to make sure my smile looks natural and healthy. He outlines every procedure he will do for me, and has followed that plan precisely. He remembers his patients well, so I never feel like just another mouth to work on!

In one particular case, a temporary crown I had fell off. This was on my front tooth and the night before Valentine's Day. Dr. Carl met me at his office at 8pm on a Saturday night to fix it so I wouldn't go toothless for the first V-day my husband and I have had as a married couple.

He is dedicated to his practice, his employees, and his patients. I am very impressed with this office and will be sad when we move away!

• Cons: Pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Likes to Watch!

This guy has a television in every examining room...unfortunately the TV's are not for the clients. Dr. Carl likes to glance-away every so often to see what's happening on the tube. Watch out if there's a golf match on, because chances are he'll botch your teeth just like he did mine! I went in for a simple procedure and have been in total pain and discomfort ever-since! Fact is I didn't really need any of the work he "suggested". I can't believe how arrogant this guy is. Be sure and look out for the "list" of things Dr. Carl recommends after doing his routine exam. He manages to work very-quickly (not something I appreciate in a dentist). I want someone that cares. This guy doesn't give a hoot about his patients-just about the almight dollar. He's got a great little sales scheme going and seems to be able to cover his "mistakes". BEWARE!!!!

• Cons: Doesn't Pay Attention! Does Not Care About Patient! Careless!
