A Great Time. I really loved our tour guide! We received fun information about the animals and none of our many questions seemed stupid. I loved that it was a small group and that we had plenty of time to view the animals. It was better than the zoo!…
not a good experience. long story short... group was too big, guide was not very friendly, or even cordial, the animals looked lethargic and/or unhappy. Got a very angry response from the owner when I wrote about my experience. I felt I was being tactful and stayed with the point, but I got a very unprofessional response. At the very least, it would have been nice to at least be able to see the animals without having to be rushed and scolded. I really wish someone had told me about this place before I paid good money to go.…
