RUN AWAY!!!!!

Listen I've lived in this town for a long time and learned to tolerate certain things.But the service here is NUTS! I pre payed for my dental work and not once did they call me to set up an appointment.Once I had a simple question and the Doctor freaked out and sent me to the front desk to answer a question.I was greeted by some hardcore banger with hicky's all over her neck!!!WOW!!! REALLY!!!! If you care about Salinas do not support any business here I swear it's nothing but a F###en JOKE!!!

I went to this dental group a couple of months ago and they did nothing for me. The x-rays they took for me were horrible and had to redo them over at least 6 times but there were still a lot of cone cuts.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They con me into opening a care credit account and told me that i had no choice but to pay. and when I wanted to cancel it they told me I had to pay 10 percent of the $5000.00 for services that I didn't get from them.

The service is horrible. The front desk people were on their cell phones and didn't pay any attention to me until they were done with their conversation. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Please do your research before you even consider this place. they will take you for all your money.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save yourself pain and money!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would... Whatever you do do not have anything other than a cleaning done here! I went to Rodeo Dental because they gave a discount to County Employees. Well because he messed up one of my fillings I had to get a root canal and a crown, both of which were done there but I SHOULD have gone somewhere else. My second visit when I came back because my tooth hurt so bad I waiting in the waiting room for an hour and then he started to numb me up to do a root canal and couldn't get me numb enough and said it was too late so I had to go home and then come back. HORRIBLE. And while doing procedures he kept taking off his mask to ask a question and then he would continue working while breathing into my face with out the mask, so bad!!

Well I knew for a year that there was something wrong with the root canal because I could still feel the tooth but I didn't have money to go to another dentist (I ended up paying Rodeo dental over $2000!). When I finally went to a good dentist (I recommend Blanco Circle Dental) one of the fillings he put in fell out during a cleaning and then the dentist said the other three needed to be replaced and the crown did not fit correctly and could cause infection! So with with new fillings and a new crown I paid for it all twice and had to go through so much drama!

To top if off I just found out one of my friends went to Rodeo Dental and had much the same experience and has been scared to go to another dentist to find out how bad it is!
