Underhanded, nosey management! Save your money AVOID this one!. Property is well kept and at standards for the most part. They will nickel and dime you to death after you move out. They even charge for light bulbs, burner plates, etc... He sent me a bill 633.00! He now says that when we gave notice to move on Nov. 15 and moved out before Dec. 13, that we had to give notice from the 1st to 30th. Not in the middle of the month or any other day of the month. He sent me an electric bill of 74.00 from Dec. 13 to the end of the month, even though we moved out before Dec 13th
