Best Pizza in Town.
Visited Chet & Matt's for the first time. Being from out of town, our family had no preconceptions. The appetizers were quite good, and the pizza was awesome. Our family eats a lot of pizza, and we take it pretty seriously. This is the 2nd best pizza I've eaten, behind only Frank's, in Wyandotte, MI.
The toppings are fresh, the crust is crunchy, and the cheese blend is tasty. The specialty pizzas are a nice combination of flavors. We particularly liked the Pirates Pizza, a deluxe combination with several items, including both black and green olives, and the California Pizza, with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese.
The decor is sports-oriented, with a heavy emphasis on the local teams. It's a very family-friendly location, although they might want to allow a bit more room around the video games. It's tough to get in and play when there's a crowd.
Nice decor, great food, good spot for families. Try it!
