Dont listen to the other review! I have been going to Fugi's for almost 6 years now. It is my favorite place to eat and everyone who we bring there loves it. The people who work there also remember you even if you haven't been in for a while. The food is fresh and the place is not dirty it just isn't as modern and fancy as a sushi rock . The sushi is also very good there and it is fresh and is made on the spot. Give this place a chance because it is absolutely wonderful. Go on a Friday or Saturday and request New... he is the best chef there!!

What made it unique was the prices on the menu and the dirtyness of the whole restaurant from the grill to the walls and to look in the back wh\ere the bar was it was junky, there were employees with their head down napping and some of them were eating KFC and I can see why. This restaurant needs to be inspected. Even though I told the cook to wipe the grill an extra time I still felt leary about eating and it just appeared to be a Beni hana knockoff I suggest if you want Japaneese food in a clean evironment stick to Beni Hana's. They should get the dirty plate award.
- Pros: The hot surface probably kills the germs and you watch
- Cons: They are very unsanitaryand dimly lit (wonder why)
