VERY DISAPPOINTING. Picked up 2 small pasta with meatball and a veal parm with a side of pasta...The portion size was fine but there couldn't have been more than 2 ounzes of sauce on the pasta...Who wants to eat pasta with no sauce...My Husband ate the veal and the Grandson ate the 2 meatballs...Sadly, the dog ate the 3 servings of dry pasta...Very disappointing and will not go back...Also, For $29.00 I think they could have thrown in a small salad...
Excellent Italian. I would choose Casa De over the olive garden any day. Other than ?tour of Italy?, the garden has nothing on Casa. The quantity you get is well worth the price, and the quality of the food will bring you back. My recommended dish is ?Chicken Diablo?. As for the negative comment from the other visitor; I?ve been to Grade A restaurants and had trouble with my order, horrible food, and bad service, but I go back and don?t complain because I know everyone and everywhere has their ?off? days. So don?t let her criticism keep you from trying Casa De Emanuels.
Now That's Italian!.
Restaurant is nothing fancy but the food is excellent. Would recommend the egg plant parm., or the lazana.
Not much in the way of decor but I would pit their Italian dishes againest any of the Pittsburgh restaurants. Order the house salad (it's like the Olive Garden but comes with Italian meats and cheese) The rolls are excellent and baked to order. Prices are fair especially for the quality of food that is served. They do have a liquor license.
speachless.
yuck! The food is aweful... the pasta sticks together - how do you screw pasta up?! Sauce tastes like it's burt, and very sugary. And you can barely see what you are eating, it's like eating in a dark cave. Still don't understand how you screw up pasta!!!!
worst italian food i've ever eaten...
