Poor Customer Service. Took our lawn mower over to be serviced and returned to us. They called us when they were done and told us our final bill. The bill turned out to be hundreds of dollars more than the estimate they gave us. Come to find out, they decided to replace a part on the mower and never called us to ask us if we wanted that done. They said they would give us 20% off our bill for the mess up. When we called to straighten out our bill they were very rude and did not apologize for their mistake or try to own up to it. They offered to take the part off and put the bad part on! And the 20% off they were suppose to take off the bill ended up being less than 10%. They were not sorry for that mishap either and treated us very rudely. I will never do business with them again!

Best Customer Service around and always willing to help in any way they can.. Willie's is the greats place to buy any product they are all very knowledgable about there products and willing to spend a few extra minutes with anyone who is interested in a product. Every time my family has gone in to buy anything one of the salesmen has gone the extra mile to explain to us about the product we are buying. I have always walked away happy and willing to go back because they find me excatly what i want. Thanks for being such a wonderful company in Fremont.
