Dog Owner that needed help. I had my dog and he was hurt, I took him to Madera Animal Hospital to get help. When I got there the front staff was wonderful. they were concerned and got me in quickly. The all the techs were very polite, friendly, informational and concerned with my baby and were very understanding. The doctor came in and looked over my pet and he was gentle with him. He explained what he would like to be done. He sent his tech back in with the estimate and she explained in detail what each thing. I needed sometime to talk it over with my husband, so she gave us a few minutes. While I was in the room I heard screaming and yelling from the back by one of the doctors for at least 5 minutes. The tech came back and was still very polite and professional which I really like they made me feel at home and like my pet would be taking care of, but I decided to go somewhere else because if the doctors treated their staff by what I heard being said and the manner it was said, I didn't want my baby there. That was totally unprofessional, I feel sorry for the staff there. I will tell everyone want happen and tell them not to go there. I will never take my pet back there to be treated by those Doctors.…
Thorough!. Conner was limping around and I took him to Madera to get checked out. He had cut his paw and it got infected. They cleaned it out and stitched him up. They were very gentle and now he is running around like normal! Thank you!!!…
Life Saver!!. My daughter called me at work and said something was wrong with our dog. I rushed home and picked up Onyx and went to Madera. She was not responding to us and was limp. I brought her in and they brought her back. They assessed her and it turns out she has Epilepsy. We had no idea! They prescribed Onyx medication and we went home. She has not had any complications since then and that was 8 months ago! Thank you Madera for opening our eyes!…
Great!. I always bring my animals here for their vaccinations and all of their regular exams. They are always treated very well which is really important to me. I am happy to have them for my pets because they are great!…
Great Facility!!. They were really loving towards my 2 cats and really took their time explaining exactly what was needed to be done. I love how friendly the whole staff is!!!!!
