My husband and I had bought frozen pinky mice to feed our corn snakes within 4 days of that feeding they both died. (We are from marion but currently live out of state) We had the snakes for almost a year without any issues or illnesses. We then called pet zone to tell them what had happened and we were hung up on then an hour later we were able to get them on the phone they in a nut shell said to bad and that it was our fault... fyi me and my husband keep and maintain 15 reptiles and amphibians and are by no standards beginners. We do not recommend buying products from here go ahead and spend a little more at a more reputable store such as petco, petsmart, or petland.

DONT BUY PETS FROM THIS PLACE!!!!. I bought a 9 week old chihuahua dautshund puppy there over a month ago, the puppy had scabbing and was told she just had "bad fleas" and had been treated for it. I live in Chicago and took the dog for a check-up and the puppy was diagnosed for scabies and giardia. The owner "Shawn" promised to refund my money for the past month and feel like I have been very patient with him. I will never buy or recommend anyone to this Pet Store.

Unwise sponsorship. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but if you continue to sponsor channel 22 Hometown News' irresponsible practice of half truths, opinionated editorials that seek to incite unrest in our community, and clear libertarian agenda promotions I will not cross your doorstep again. If that's okay with you, then fine there are many other stores to meet my needs.
