When I arrived two hours after check in, there was a toilet in the middle of the room. Manager said the room would be ready in two hours. Came back and nothing had been done on that room. He would not answer as to when room would be ready. refused any discount and finally gave refund. Said American are lazy and only foreigners like him work hard. He actually insulted his customer. After staying in another hotel there was still work on the hotel when we were leaving town. Also, microwaves and stuff are not free. there are added charges.
