Don't believe everything you hear. So, we have a large family that celebrates more than half their birthday's in February. I call to many area restaurants requesting 20 people to be seated at one large table and only OG says that they can do this for me. I am ecstatic!! I request an arrival time of 7pm and understand completely that it's not an actual reservation, but more of a head's up that this many people will be arriving at this time to sit together. The manager again confirms all of my information and even asks me to call back prior to coming to confirm our table and party count.

We arrive and of course it's packed. We wait as our party arrives a bit before 7 and the host/hostesses give us a buzzer/beeper and we wait... and wait...and wait...45 minutes after arriving and seriously the entire room has been cleared at least once, we are told that they are waiting for tables to finish. At best it will be another 20 minutes. Mind you, we have at least 5 children under the age of 9 along with an infant. To make a long story short, they ask if we mind being seated in separate areas. I am thinking we have some very hungry children and some elderly people with us. It's already close to 8:30, pm or later, what choice do we have?

Needless to say, 11 sit at one big table, 5 of us squeeze in a booth along with the 4 at another booth in another section.

I ask to speak with the manager after we are done, she is no help. She confirms that she the one I spoke to when requesting that we all sit together. However, when I ask what is the most they can seat at one table she tells me 12 people.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant.. In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
