Years of good service. We have used J & T's for about 10 years and always gotten good advice and good service, often with an extra touch, like driving me home. Their prices are always fair. I do't know what could have happened for the guy who wrote the bad review, I only know we are very happy with them through 3 different vehicles.

Run away, far away.. I gave them one star because it won't let me give them no stars. J&T's Auto Cafe was recommended to me by my family member's in Big Flats. I have a Saab, as did my family, and it isn't always easy to find someone willing to work on Saabs.

Not the case with J&T's. They work on Saabs and other European Imports almost exclusively.

June, 2011: My fuel pump had stopped functioning in Big Flats, 60 miles from home for me. J&T's was happy to take my car in and get it checked out.

They [replaced] the pump and the fuel filter for ~$1031.00. The following weeks, I'd been getting Check-engine-lights for a code warning the evap (fuel) system was malfunctioning.

Took the car to the Saab dealership in Vestal, NY after seeing that my fuel filter was held on by a zip tie? Yes, a flimsy plastic zip tie. The Saab-Certified tech at the dealership performed a smoke test, finding the o-ring was never installed = huge fuel leak.

When I confronted Joe, he's the 'J' in J&T's, over the phone, he said there was no way they forgot the o-ring (is the Saab-Certified tech lying?). He did, however, admit to the zip-ties holding the fuel filter on because the old nylon strap was rusted.... I didn't know nylon rusts.

Joe promised to look into the matter and call me back.

I never heard back from Joe.

And my wallet is $160 lighter from having their mish-mash of [repairs] fixed by true professionals.

Not only have they lost potential future business from me, but also from my other family members that have gone their on a regular basis.
