I happen to know the owner of the Top Hat Pizza establishment in Bolivar, NY and this last reviewer couldn't be further from the truth. I've known the owner for well over 35 years and he's one of the most pleasant and caring people I've ever met. I will agree to your assessment that his wife is very nice; that she is ! I too have known her a very long time. Perhaps you should re-examine your opinion of the owner and get to know him, one trip in there from what I am gathering does not constitute an opinion.

Top Hat Pizza can be found inside the Crosby Mart. The owner of this establishment doesn't have a very nice personality, but his wife is very nice. The place is clean and the food is OK. I like their pizza if the crust is prebaked and they will prebake it for you if you ask. It is typical run of the mill pizza and subs, but I find nothing wrong with the food. They do have daily lunch specials that are very good, especially the soups in the winter time.

Top Hat Pizza has great pizza at great prices. I am a senior at Bolivar- Richburg Central School. Top Hat has a discount for seniors who eat luch there. This is a great and effective idea. Their chicken wing pizza and pizza logs are good as well. They have a great menu and they deliver.
