In Short – This lake area now caters to families and fishermen instead of escaped convicts. Though a campground is offered, more popular accommodations include rustic yet renovated cabins that reside in a forest of aspens 15 minutes from the lake. All 27 cabins and two houses include fully-equipped kitchens and outdoor barbecue grills. New deluxe cabins include Jacuzzis, stream showers and fireplaces. Most guests spend their days outdoors fishing, horseback riding and boating.
