This Place Does It Right! – Ok, the necessity for great pizza, subs and wings are critical for business survival in WNY, and this place does it right. Everything is great. Highly recommended by WNY Computer Repair & Technical Services - 888-474-6128.
Cold food – I order between a few different places b/c sometimes I like different things. However I've ordered from John's a few times. One time chicken wings were missing, then my soda, the food was late on several occasions.
I keep thinking that their service is going to get better bu,t it isn't.
Order at your own risk! I'm done with them.
Horrible! What a Ripoff! – I ordered 2 Subs today and was extremely dissapointed in the quality and quantity of meat used. I paid 16 F-N dollars for 2 subs that I picked up myself and was extremely dissapointed. There was like 2 ounces of meat in the turkey sub. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED! I will never order from here again!
This place is awesome! – We have been customers of Johns on the island for over 10 years. Actually moved out of state and now we are back. The service and quality of food rocks! The chicken finger subs are our absolute favorite but we would order anything of the full menu.
They are fast, not too pricey and we would recommend them to anyone!

Better for less, around the Island – On two separate occasions, I've eaten at Johns. The first time, we orderd a pick up order. There were three subs in the order, and every sub was incorrect. The second time, we entered the establishment, for a sit down meal. Same deal, three subs, all incorrect. Now, im usually the guy that you don't hear from. I'll take the mistake, and eat it anyway. This time was different, because it was the second time in a row, with different mistakes. I approached the staff about the problem, and they said they were sorry. Points for them. However, they declined to remake my order, saying that we "ordered wrong." I asked them how I ordered wrong when I was expecting exactly what the menu said was included. I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out that I WAS speaking to the manager.
