Great Italian Restaurant. This wonderful Italian restaurant is not notable for ambience but it has superb Italian food at very modest prices. The Franklin Hotel was previously a decaying landmark with a seedy bar. Today it attracts a substantial patronage from the locals. Those looking for a romantic setting with expensive dishes to impress a date are not likely to be happy. Still the lady might be impressed by a fellow who knows his way around.
