Terrible, unreliable, unpleasant

Such a terrible company. We found a much better company that is less expensive, is reliable and professional. Definitely shop around - this is probably the WORST TRASH REMOVAL COMPANY OUT THERE.

Unreliable service and unpleasant workers

I have never had my trash refused because it was "too heavy"--a first, even in Tompkins Country, where the trash rules are set up to make life plenty difficult for consumers. Anyone want my tags? YOU CAN HAVE THEM.

Doug is an irrational hot-head

We wanted to rent a dumpster, and asked if we could rent a tarp to go on top so that the garbage doesn't get wet and increase the weight. Doug said no; we asked why not; he hung up on us. We were not being rude in any way. I would not recommend using Doug's Trash Removal.

Good local company

Our family has been useing Dougs Trash for over 10 years now. We have never had any problems with there service or the workers. The service has been great! The rates are lower then the other company too.

Good Service

I have used this company for over 5 years and have never had a problem. They are on schedule. If animals get into the trash and scatter it, they usually clean up when they do the pick up.
