I need to know how I can get a silver
necklace fixed that I bought from belden's jeweler s in massena, ny.? It was a Christmas present for my hubby and it came apart so Ian wondering if it can be fixed because I did pay one hundred dollars for it. Thank you for for help and concern to this matter.
