ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

I brought a $200 pair of jeans in to be shortened and met with the tailor so she could measure me and told her exactly how I wanted them hemmed. They came back UNWEARABLE! I asked her to cuff them and make them look just like the originals, and she destroyed them. The hem is not straight, part of the original hem line is still showing (looks so tacky), she used the wrong thread color and type, and she made them the wrong length. A five year old could have done a better job. When I went back to meet with the tailor again to show her what she did incorrectly, the first thing she said when she walked in the door late to our appointment was that she was not going to give me my money back because she did the work. She said she would redo them correctly and I told her I wouldn't trust her to redo them and that I'd prefer to just get the money back to take the pants to a competent tailor for intensive reconstructive surgery. She refused and then proceeded to yell at me for over 20 minutes. She was so disrespectful. Overall one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I paid her $32 to RUIN a pair of $200 pants.

I've been going her for about 10 years and they do a fine job. The teenage girls that sometimes work the front are a little loopy, but it's all part of the small-town charm
