5 hours, $1000 and 5 trashed alloys.
They said it would take an hour, so I waited, waited and waited. Got lunch at McD next door, came back, waited some more and they still hadn't started 3 hours in......
You get the picture.
Finally after 5 hours, YES, 5 hours, I got the car back. I was so pissed off I left asafp without really checking their work - their plan I guess.
Next day i noticed they had seriously damaged ALL of my alloy wheels, I wish I could post pics to show you.
Not us, of course they said!

Bad experience at Southampton Tire. This center did not live up to any other posted reviews -- a very disappointing experience. At 8:00 am, I called to ask if they had time to mount tires and do an alignment. They said be there by noon, it takes 2 hours, we close at 2. Got there 11 am, dropped off car, gave them my cell #, and walked 1+ miles to shop. By 1 pm, no call but I started walking back, got there 1:30. They hadn't even started working on the car. I was told the alignment guy was sick and went home. The waiting room was full. I told the staff the respectable thing to do would have been to call me so I could decide if I wanted to come back another day. They said they could still put on tires without the alignment. I was always told (by all the tire stores I ever went to) to align the vehicle when you put on new tires. I'd wasted 2.5 hrs already, and wasn't going to waste more -- the service was already getting disappointing. I'd rate them a "zero" but the minimum is a "1."…
