Great Bouillabase. This lovely restaurant has old school charm; it's tiny and intimate inside and has a lovely outside area sheltered from Montauk highway by large bushes. The ambience is just wonderful with the drawback of hearing the cars whiz by often (but didn't bother me). But the service was fantastic! Kudos to the staff here; there were no attitudes, just friendly, prompt service served with a smile. I had the seafood bouillabase - AMAZING! I try not to eat a lot of bread but couldn't help it with this dish; the flavor was just perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant to Hamptons locals and visitors. I will be back.
