Lucky to have this place!!!. To me Phil's is the perfect place for a quick bite to eat or a place to go and spend the night hangin out with your friends. Ithink they've been there for about 20 years, and it shows. You always know what you're gonna get...good meal, good drink great service.

Very happy to have this restaurant in town.... Perfect place for families with sport's fans- tons of flat screens all over- Very reasonably priced, food is always good, not fancy, huge bar, a couple dining rooms, good people working there. Friendly, relaxed environment. Will definitely return.

Awesome teriyaki, even better service. I dined at Phil's tonight and thought it was fantastic. The service was prompt, polite and extremely accommodating. The food was excellent. The blond manager, described earlier, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The restaurant has a warm, clean, and homey feel to it...like everyone knows your name!

terrible service , the manager was nasty and rude. this is a sad restaurant , especially for animal lovers , there is a colony of feral cats in the back that take care of their rodent problem, thec ats arent the problem its the manager a short lady , blond , mid fifties , she wants them to freeze to death and starve , they save alot of money with free rodent control, she won't help with this or other minor things , my food was cold and the drinks were watered down. I complained about the smoke coming from the smokers outside and she just laughed.
