Rice is a awesome place to have an elegant lunchtime. Evening meal is excellent but usually packed. Meals is excellent, but not excellent. I have been here several periods. Sometimes the assistance is excellent and other periods it seems like they are neglecting you

Great Italian food in a Small and cozy setting.. I love this restaurant. Always great food. Always friendly staff.

A great spot anytime or a special occasion. Nice little restaurant with a tremendous variety of food styles. The decor is intimate, unique and also well utilzed and "roomy". Service was almost embarassing. It was TOO good, but we did not feel rushed. We have gone back numerous times in our first year here in NY.
