My family and I have been going here for probably 35 years or more. The food is consistently good and the staff and Peter, the owner, are excellent. The atmosphere is charming and they could use a little update on the decor, but it is a nice romantic place to have a relaxing dinner. Don't go to grab a quick bite, rather go for a soup to nuts dining experience. Try to order something they they will prepare tableside. It makes the experience all the more special.
The menue is typically continental. You will find a nice variety of steaks and seafood as well as some other specials. I LOVE their fried shrimp, stuffed flounder, and.or baked clams...but it's all good.
We love it so much, I got engaged there and my family also threw my bridal shower there!
