Agreed, I cant believe the Carlyle on the Green, such a notable venue, has them as one of their florists. After all, when I went in to speak about our affair, they were designing funeral flowers. How distasteful to see and hear, and experience, when I just wanted a pleasant, gorgeous, and non morbid experience. The lady said to me, "cant you come back". What? Thats crazy, our affair was in 5 months and we DID have an appt. She then threw us a book of terrible pictures. GO ELSEWHERE!

Spectacular Wedding Flowers. I've been meaning to thank you since we returned fron our honeymoon but it has been one thing after another. Our wedding was truly beautiful and I wanted to thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job with our flowers. Every detail was perfect and we couldn't be happier. Even with the crazy weather and last minute decisions, you and your staff were very supportive. Thanks you so much for everything!

poor customer service. Worst experience i've ever had! Look elsewhere for flowers!

Our function was cancelled and they let the flowers (which were already paid for) die instead of delivering them to us. They did not try to contact us to discuss a refund/credit/delivery, even though our flowers were sitting in the shop. We didn't even see half of them. They kept all our money instead and only offered a small refund for delivery charges which was not even close to what we paid. They clearly do not care about their customers! They wouldn't admit it was their mistake nor did the offer an apology. Don't make the same mistake I did and go to someone honest and who cares about their customers.
