Customer Service is obviously not one of their strengths. Horrible way to treat a recent widow just trying to replace her refrigerator. Hidden fees, delivered to her garage not the kitchen, AND a call this moring demanding COD on the day of delivery or, no delivery. You were lucky we shopped you to begin with but, never again!
