I had a positive experience. I didn't order in the store, I ordered on-line. I ordered an extra long twin, and though it mentions possibly not being able to get some beds in the room, I didn't think it pertained to me -- well, it did. I called your 800 number, was given my options, and am now having the bed cut. It cost me more, but it was my mistake, and I was very thankful not to hear "Oh well, you'll just have to order another one then, and find someone to take the first one." Which, believe me, is a common attitude now. So all in all, I had a positive experience.

Thank you. I was looking for some furniture that I didn't have to assemble myself, and I felt like Gothic would be one step above Ikea. I spent a fair amount of time looking at their catalog and website before going to the store so I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for before I even stepped in the door. I came to this location on a weekend and there was a helpful woman (Greek?) who answered all my questions and let me take my time looking through the whole store. She was patient and knowledgeable and even helped me custom-design one piece. Delivery was not a problem. I am satisfied with the look and quality of the furniture I bought (a partial bedroom set).

THE BEST. Ordering was easy. The people I spoke to on the phone were great. The delivery guy was the best I've ever had. Wish he delivered all my stuff. He carried up the table 3 flights of stairs, took it out of box put it together and took the box away all with a smile. THE best!! Plus I love the fold out table with the chairs inside - a must have for NYC living!!
