40.753732 -73.655545recommend going elsewhere. can not take a comment or suggestion on what he has done. i guess he thinks he is perfect. i should have gone to a lemon tree if i wanted a haircut i received from a so called professional.
i made an appointment here, i was so excited to get my hair done and everyone was really nice however i must say my hair looked absolutely terrible i got home and i was so embarrassed to have to go out after getting my hair done, my hair was blotchy and the color didn't look right when i went to go get it fixed, they charged me when their colorist obviously didn't do a good job. i dont reccomend them for hair coloring, but maria and barbara do an amazing job at cutting hair..
Professional and affordable service. Kelly is an excellent colorist who gives everyone careful attention. I am thrilled with my new hair color and texture. Support staff is always super attentive. They are a classy establishment.
Upscale Service without Snootiness. I decided to give this place a try after one of the women from mommy and me recommended it and I am so happy I did! I have never been too picky with my haircuts but now that I am 30 it's time to indulge a little. Angelo did my hair (I guess he is the owner?), and I love, love him! He actually took the time to give me a consultation on my color (without selling me every service they offer!) and he helped me realize that what I had in mind wouldn't have worked. He did the color and it was, I wanna say multi-tonal, I don't know, just looked like it had dimension, not just a flat, dull brown, I loved it. For my haircut I just wanted an inch off the length but he added layers for volume and I hate to compliment myself, but it really looks pretty good. The staff seemed nice, no one over friendly, but not stuffy like that place in the Source. Def worth a try. I dont think I'll go anywhere else.
Impressed with my Local Salon. I tried out my local salon and was overall pleasantly surprised. They have modern/updated furnishings & equipment and the shop was bright & clean. I had an appt with Barbara (very nice) for just a regular haircut. She was experienced but also current with the trends. Prices were decent (haircut cost for long hair $25+tip). The only thing I did not like was, although I was on time for my appt, they made me wait for 30 minutes. The receptionist didn't give me any updates/apologies on the long wait (she could have been friendlier). Regardless, I plan on going back. I was happy with my haircut. Barbara really listed to my concerns.
