My service adviser ( Ms, Dawn Cash) was very professional and showed exceptional attitude towards customers like me that is ignorant on certain options related to my ms550. Ms, Cash showed what an adviser should be; pleasing, positive attitude, accommodating and friendly. With that day being extremely busy, she handled herself professionally in all aspect and made me feel so important as a customer. Thank you.
