the financial part of the company stinks

the financial part of the company stinks!!! I have canceled my bro-in law subscription which i said could be taken out of my account if he paid me for. The next day i went in and canceled it. It was canceled wrong. and i did not keep my contract. they worked with me on this and got it canceled but money is still being taken out of my account for this. I have also signed up to work with a trainer tried it for 30 days and canceled it because i could not continue. It has gone to collections. mind you the guy there taking care of my account did not let it stay in collections. but they still have taken $200. out of my account that i am still fighting to get back. I am a nice person i have been working with these people about this stuff from November to now January 24Th. I have not gone in and screamed much. i just expect them to do there job. and the people working there have tried to do there job. But the people on the other side of there computer (the ones incharge of finances.) have not. I don't know if it is there system is bad or something else but this never should have happened and i just want to be done with them. I am going to try again today at 9am. But i feel beat up financially by this company.

For sometime now, going to the Riviera Fitness ctr is part of my weekly regimen already. I seem to grow fond of the place as it is built to help people reach their goal to become healthier. I am amazed at the variety of their well-planned and well-executed fitness courses. They have staffs and trainers who are patient and always willing to help those who needs help.

Nice Gym to do your work-out

if you want to fit to a smaller dress size, you need to seek the expertise of trainers from Riviera Fitness Ctr. They are kind, helpful and very informative as to what will be the very best work-out plan and strategies for you. They have ample machines to choose from. You would want to try their cardio cinema feature. it is both effective and a source of entertainment and relaxation for you as well.

GREAT PLACE TO GET IN THE BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE!!!

I love, love, LOVE this gym! It is huge and is filled with top of the line equipment. The people who work there are always nice and helpful. I highly reccomend this gym if you are looking for a place to get in great shape. I don't know why people would leave bad reviews for the gym when all they are complaining about is the finance company which you don't even have to use if you pay it in full. And one of the people doesn't even USE this gym, her daughter does. I don't need my mommy to write my review because I am the one who is a member there and I say this place is great. I have never been happier with the way I look and am now in a size 3 jeans!!! If you want a nice gym to work out at, this is definitely the one you want to go to:)

Horrible and greedy!!!

Same thing happened with my debit card. Paramount customer service are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They were debiting my account and when something went wrong with the payment, instead of CALLING me in the first place, they waited a few months so they could tack on a LATE FEE which they feel perfectly justified or else they report it as late on your credit report. Which they did!!! It wasn't even for me, but for my daughter...the gym and I didn't know it until almost 90 days after they hassled her for the payment of which I had no knowledge of. When I explained the situation, their greedy paws captitalized because THEY CAN! I told them to take the compalint off my credit card and I will pay them their stinking $75 OVER CHARGE considering the monthly payments were less than $20!!!

I can't stand Paramount. What despicable, greedy, manipulative money grubbing people. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone because of them. They could have called when they didn't collect without the excess fee's but they didn't. They only do it when it adds up.
