Horrible wait time. I have been going to this salon for years and don't really get treated like a loyal customer. The salon is ALWAYS overbooked! If you have a simple request like a wash and set and you have an 11am appt, you will be sitting there for at least 30min to an hour for them to even wash you, and it'll take about 4 to 5hrs for them to set, dry, and style your hair. I agree with previous reviews skills are good but the stylists gets distracted easily with the TV, telephone, and personal conversations, among other things going on.. There definitely needs some more professionalism in that salon and more staff to accomodate the amount of clients that come in.
