had a good experience. James the salesman was kind, courteous, informative and very helpful. My lease on my 08 jeep was almost up and i was close to the mileage. We saw an ad online for a 2010 Dodge Journey for an elxcellent price. We called first to make sure it wasnt a too good to be true deal. After meeting with James, we were sold no the car. Mike the finance manager helped me get the best rate for my not so perfect credit., while another dealership in garden city would not help me at all. I had a really good experience with this dealership.. They were friendly from the time I entered until I left. The sales associate that helped me was very informative and not pushy or even remotely rude. He was a charming guy who seemed to know a lot about what he was telling me about the cars I was looking at. I was in the market for a used Jeep and they had quite a few available for me to look at and test drive. I settled on the 08' model because I liked the color and the miles were low. My salesman made the purchase process a pleasure,cracking jokes and making me feel very comfortable without using usual sales tactics and manipulations. The finance area was a little stressful, but that's probably because it's the part that involves money, but they did hear me out and seemed like they were trying to cut me a break. I paid a very fair price for the truck I selected and overall I am very pleased with the entire dealership. I recommend them.…

East hills is a great dealership. I went to three other dealerships before a pal of mine told me about a dealership near him. It's a little out of the way for me, but I decided to take my friends advice. I am pleased to say I am glad that I did. I wanted a Black Jeep Liberty, either 2008 or 2009, but I didn't want to pay top dollar. I shopped around online and figured out a price range in which I was willing to work in, but still within reason of the value of the car. When I presented this to the sales guy at another place, he literally laughed in my face and told me 'I would never find a Liberty for that amount and I was crazy.' Which was possibly the rudest thing I ever experienced. I was condescended to and shown several overpriced cars... which weren't even what I wanted. I did the same thing at East hills and the contrast in responses was amazing. Roger told me that 'he liked prepared customers and that he would do his best to get me what I wanted.' It took him a little time, but I was patient as he was with me and my demands. He found me a Jeep Liberty for less than $16,000 which was the highest I was willing to go. The miles were a little high for my tastes, but he told me I wouldn't find one with less than 20,000 for less than that. He didn't call me crazy and he didn't mind looking for me again, he was nothing but helpful and polite. Not only did he find me the truck, but he also got the sales manager to cut me a break since it wasn't 'exactly' what I wanted. GOOD PLACE. I'm never ever goign to another dealership again. Nt after going here. They were so nice and helpful. I have never experienced anything like it. it was such a easy process i was happy. I saved a lot of time and money by going to east hills. realy nice sales guy by the name of George helped us out, great man. I will go back for service and recomend to my family and friends.…
