Terrible, just terrible. The only reason that I even attempted to take my car here to be fixed was because it was the only local place that would call back about engine repair. Little did I know that I shouldn't have been looking local. Bob was so unhelpful and slow, it took almost three months for him to get the engine. Then after he finally got the engine, he did not care to tell me about the other problems that did occurred, and now I need a new alternator and a battery. Never, would I suggest him to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
